Notes from the President
Hello Membership! Hope everyone had a most wonderful Mother's Day and Cinco De Mayo. May is such a busy time of the year with all kinds of activities going on.
Are you ready to shake things up this month? We are going to have a fabulous guest speaker next Thursday at our luncheon. Dr. Shane Seroyer is the Assistant Team Physician to the MLB Texas Rangers and will be presenting "Fitness and You." He is in practice at TMI-for Sports Medicine and Orthopedics and is partner to Dr. Keith Meister. Dr. Seroyer is an Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Total Joints, Hip and Knee Replacement and Sports Medicine. This is sure to be an outstanding presentation so be sure to RSVP to attend!
Along with the excellent speaker, we will be mixing things up a bit---let's see if you notice what is going on---you have to come and find out! It's going to be fun.
I want to make sure to thank our recent volunteers! A round of applause for all the volunteers. Including: Beautification volunteers: Katie Watson, Lucretia Mills, Cathie Trimble, Lezlee Liljenberg, Debra Su, Katie King, Barrie McCoy and Donna Ciarkowski. For Habitat for Humanity: Cathie and Sean Trimble, along with their son Wesley and his pal James, Diane and Pete Tejeda, Deborah Su and husband Brian Edwards and Sue Scheele's husband Zack joined in on the building. A big thanks to the scholarship committee who did a great job selecting very deserving young ladies for scholarships. The recipients were as follows: MHS: Courtney Swearingen, Summit: Name not available, Timberview: Raina Shannon and Legacy: Jerica Albus. Thank you all for all you do!

These members pay the Women's Division a fee to highlight their businesses at these tables. This month, 2 of the sponsors are offering products to you at a discount PLUS they are offering to donate products to the Women's Division Style Show Silent Auction when you support their businesses. Please take the time to go by each table and find out about their products or services and see if there is something you'd like to purchase.

Kicking off our Membership Drive this month too! Bring guests to come join us at this next luncheon---we want to extend a warm welcome to your fellow colleagues and/or friends that might want to consider membership with our group. Just make sure to RSVP with your guests name so we can have extra seating. Don't stop at one guest, fill a table!
